Full Cue Sheets

DanceMaster can display the Full Cue Sheet (aka Step Cues, Fine Print, etc.) for the current dance with the click of a button.  This can be very handy when one of the dancers asks one of those questions during a teach!

Full Cues Button

This button appears on the Play screen when you have a Full Cue Sheet attached to the dance.  Here's how to set it up:

Place the full cue sheet file in the DanceMaster\Full Cues folder.  These files can be just about any of the formats you are likely to find cue sheets in, including PDF (Adobe), DOC (Word), XLS (Excel), Word Prefect, text, - whatever.  The only stipulation is that you have to have the appropriate reader installed.  In other words, to display PDF cue sheets, you need the Adobe Acrobat reader installed in your computer (you probably already have it).  To display .DOC cue sheets, you need Microsoft Word (or something else that can read Word files) installed.

The rule of thumb is: If double-clicking on the file in Windows Explorer causes it to open, then DanceMaster can open it for you too.

Once you have the Full Cue Sheet file in the DanceMaster\Full Cues folder, open the dance in the Dance Details screen and link the Full Cues file to the dance there (in the lower left corner of the screen).
